Molecular Immunity Unit

The University of Cambridge Department of Medicine Molecular Immunity Unit (MIU) housed in the LMB aims to better understand the fundamental mechanisms that govern microbial pathogenesis, how the immune system can control these infections and what happens when the immune system fails and turns against our own bodies. The Unit bridges molecular biology with clinical medicine through multi-scale, medically relevant research.
